1. AREA OF APPLICATION
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as General Terms and Conditions) apply to all orders that customers place with Highstreet GmbH, Hochhaus 9, CH-8957 Spreitenbach via the online shop fashionstylers.com.

2. REGISTRATION 
2.1. Registration must be done properly and truthfully. Otherwise, the customer is not permitted to make a purchase from Fashion Stylers .
2.2. The creation and use of multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
3.1. If you place an order on our website, you will then receive a confirmation by email. If there are any problems with the order, we will contact you.
3.2. The order is accepted after the order has been completed and the debit is made.
3.3. Once payment has been made and the order has been confirmed, the order can no longer be changed. Therefore, please ensure that all details are correct before confirming the order. Please note in particular that changes to the delivery address are no longer possible after the order has been placed. 
3.4. Any discounts granted by entering a promotional code are pending until the order is accepted. However, they will be shown on the invoice.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. In particular, we reserve the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to the following cases:
• The product ordered is not in stock;
• We cannot obtain payment authorization;
• The product description, including price and/or advertising, contains errors
• We suspect fraudulent activities.
If such a case occurs, we will inform you about it. If payment has already been made, we will refund you the amount immediately. In any case within 14 days. Products are sold subject to availability. The time difference between placing the order and accepting it may result in a change in the stock of certain products. If you order a product that becomes sold out before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and no purchase price will be charged for the sold-out products.
3.6. To the extent within our control, we will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, save in the event of negligence on our part, we cannot accept liability for any loss you may suffer as a result of a third party gains unauthorized access to the data you provided during the ordering process.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
4.1. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, instant transfer from Klarna and purchase on account from Klarna.
4.2. If you pay with your credit card, the charge will be made immediately after the order process. We will inform you of the debit by email.
4.3. All prices include VAT. If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason, we will refund you the value of the goods not dispatched using your chosen payment method.
4.4. All credit card holders are subject to a validity check and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to accept payment or does not process it for any reason, you will be informed immediately when you complete your order. 
4.5. When processing your request for goods or services, we may use your data for the purposes of preventing and detecting fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and zip code is for verification in a fraud prevention program. If we disclose your data, it will remain secure at all times. If you believe that your data is incorrect, you can correct it. 

5. PAYMENT METHOD “PURCHASE BY INVOICE WITH KLARNA”
The payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Please note the payment information sent by Klarna. You can manage all your purchases via Klarna.com and even pay with just one click. 5.1 KLARNAS AND BILLPAYS PAYMENT OPTIONS
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, and Billpay GmbH, Zinnowitzer Str. 1, 10115 Berlin, Germany, we offer the following payment options:
• Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods. You can find the invoice conditions here. Payment is made to Billpay.
• Instant transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order. Payment is made to Klarna.
The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. You can find further information and Klarna’s user conditions here. You can find general information about Billpay here. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna and Billpay in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's data protection regulations and Billpay's data protection regulations.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE; ON BILL; RIGHT OF RETENTION
6.1. For consumers, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur carrying out a commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
6.2. You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognized by us. In addition, you only have a right of retention if and to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship. 
6.3. If the customer is in default with any payment obligations to us, all existing claims become due immediately.

7. SAFE ONLINE SHOPPING
7.1. We work with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Postcard to ensure you have safe shopping experience when using your credit card online. Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode are based on the same principles as Chip and Pin, helping to protect your card against unauthorized use when shopping online. 
7.2. If your bank or card issuer is already participating in this program, you will have noticed that the last time you made a purchase at a participating retailer, the verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode website appeared.
7.3. If your bank has yet to introduce this program, the information mentioned will be used to explain how it works and the additional protection and benefits offered by registration.

8. SHIPPING & FEES 
8.1. The goods are shipped directly from Switzerland. Delivery time can take up to 60 days depending on the destination country. After the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which enables you to track your order.
8.3. Shipping within Switzerland is free at Fashion Stylers for orders of CHF 60.00 or more. Shipping to countries outside of Switzerland is a flat rate of CHF 14.90; for orders over CHF 150, shipping costs are also waived for international shipments. Any fees such as customs duties are excluded.
8.4 In addition, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may arise as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. If necessary, please contact the relevant authorities for details.

9. RETURNS
9.1. Returnable items can be sent back to the retailer within 14 days for a fee. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer. The items can be returned free of charge to the Fashion Stylers branch in Spreitenbach.
9.2. As soon as the goods have arrived at the retailer, the refund will be initiated. Refunds may take up to 14 days after receipt of the package.
9.3 The returns form must be enclosed with every return.
9.4. The right of return is excluded for the following products:
• Underwear & Swimwear
• Beauty products
• accessories
• Items from special promotions (Black Friday, outlet items)
• Multimedia and electronics
If the above-mentioned products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can also be returned within the return period of 14 days, provided the defects were reported immediately to support@fashionstylers.com.

10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
10.1. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible when displayed on the website. However, as the actual display of colors depends on your screen, we cannot guarantee that the image on your monitor will accurately reflect the colors of the product upon delivery.
10.2. All sizes and measurements are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, all sizes refer to European sizes. For clarity, please look at the size table.
10.3. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information is entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders if product information, including prices and promotions, has been published incorrectly.
10.4. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include statutory VAT. Once you have placed an order and it has been confirmed by us, the price will not be changed unless we determine that the original price was incorrect.
10.5. In this case, we will inform you of the correct price and ask whether we can ship the product at the correct price.

11. FRAUDULENT CONDUCT
11.1. We reserve the right to prosecute and report fraudulent behavior.
11.2. Fraudulent behavior includes: opening multiple accounts, false or invalid contact details.
